Let's Talk



Come along to the English Speaking "Lets Talk" sessions in the Casa de las Conchas on Fridays at 6.30pm. This weeks subject is Food.
Some stimulation;
We are what we eat. Here the celebrity TV chef, Jamie Oliver, graphically demonstrates the dangers of unbalanced diet in this series of TV programmes. Jamie is also responsible, apart from many other projects, of revolutionising school meals.

Andrew Whitley's tireless campaigning for sustainable organic production of real bread from field to table has led to some interesting titles such as "Bake your Lawn" to Bread Matters where he questions the quality of the industrial loaf and promotes a rich variety of healthy breads.
