 To open our appetites let’s talk about food. Is where you buy your food important, or how far away it comes from? Do you consider that the method of production or processing is relevant? Do you enjoy cooking or do you prefer the convenience of pre-prepared foods? What criteria do you have when you eat out? When you eat in a restaurant do you find the portions are adequate, too big or too small? If there is food left over do you ask to take it home in a “doggy bag”
