Let's talk about the Seven Deadly Sins. Those transgressions, fatal to the spiritual progress of the individual, that we probably all commit in the course of a normal day. They are variously named as the Cardinal, Capital or Mortal Sins or Vices and listed in Wikipedia as being; Wrath, Greed, Sloth, Pride, Lust, Envy and Gluttony. While paying little heed to the rich tradition of eternal damnation in which we are participating has anything gone wrong with our society's moral education or is "sinning" just human nature? Come along to your public library for a light hearted chat in English on Thursday at 4.30pm or Friday at 7pm.
