Hi all! This week let us talk about helping others. Often we find ourselves expected to help others be it family and friends etc. Maybe we assume 'if I scratch your back, you will scratch mine'. In short, it is in our interests to help others.
But many people in the community helps strangers or contribute to society without any expectation of anything in return. Take volunteering for example. Or simple acts of kindness that happen in the street on a daily basis. How do we account for this? Obviously, something else is occurring here.
So let's ask ourselves; what is the explanation for this? And what is your perspective - do we like to help others? If so why, and if no, why not? See you on Friday!
