This week let's talk about New Year's Resolutions.  These are goals (or something similar) we want to achieve this year.  Or things we want to change in our lives.  Common New Year Resolutions are losing weight, getting fit, job promotion, to stop smoking/drinking etc. 

Unfortunately, this week's article suggests most of us don't achieve these goals.  However, the good news is just having goals is a good thing because it helps us to, at least, recognise areas we need to improve upon in our lives. 

So let's talk about your New Year's Resolutions. What are they? Are you going to achieve them? What has been your experience in the past? Are we all 'doomed' when it comes to achieving them? So will it be a case of 'new year, new me' or 'new year, same old model'?
