On Tuesday 26th March the EU approved internet copyright legislation that will make the important technological companies (google, utube, etc.) responsible for content that they host with respect to copyright. Critics say this could have a chilling effect on the upload of new content while advocates claim that creators will receive the copyright benefits for their creations.How effective do you think the legislation will be? Do you think this will affect you positively or negatively?
