This week we will be discussing smoking in Spain. The article discusses the new laws that were implemented in Barcelona in 2011 to further restrict where smokers could and could not smoke. Was this just a case of Spain 'catching up' with the rest of the developed world in terms of 'best practice', or did smokers get a bad deal. What do you think?
