LET'S TALK jueves 25 de octubre de 2018 a las 16.30 h. Seminario viernes 26 a las 19 h., Fondo Local

This weekend the clocks go back 1 hour in the early hours of Sunday morning. This shift in our routine gives us an "extra hour" and "more daylight" for a limited period of time. The original idea was that energy would be saved while for most people it only causes a minor inconvenience of feeling hungry or tired at inconvenient times during adaptation. The European Commission has decided to stop twice yearly clock changes from October 2019 and countries have until April 2019 to decide whether to stay on winter or summer time. Do you agree with changing the clocks? Which permanent time zone would you choose and why?

Please note there will be no sessions on 1st and 2nd of November.
Come along to your public library for a fun chat in English on Thursday at 4.30pm or Friday at 7.00pm. (Native English speakers free of charge) For more information please ask at the information desk.
