This Thursday let's talk about "quality or quantity?". We are often tempted by offers of "two for one", or "buy one, get one free", however, we tend to forget to consider the quality. At this time of year when our thoughts turn to Christmas shopping the question of balancing the budget requires the application of criteria of choice. Does the "throw away" society rule?
