 This week, let’s talk about sleep and dreams. Some of us are larks and some of us are owls but most of us are a combination of early risers and late night revellers. Sleep is important for many reasons however sleep deprivation is very prevalent. Do you get enough sleep? Do you remember your dreams? Would you prefer to get more sleep and dream more and how do you think we can achieve that?
